	a unique way as we all aim to get fit and active again after the holiday s
	eason.\n	\n\n	\n		We are very lucky to have a special guest Yoga Teacher -
	 Doria Gani join us to run a unique mixed Naked Yoga Class. Why Naked? Dor
	ia has battled with stage 3 cervical cancer\, and survived. In her journey
	 she discovered Naked Yoga and how it helped her adjust to her own Body po
	st Cancer and she now wants to take as many people as possible on the body
	 acceptance path.\n	\n\n	\n		Women &amp\; Men of all shapes\, sizes\, colo
	urs\, ages and physical abilities are welcome to attend\, whether you are 
	new to yoga or a long time yogi – you are welcome!\n\n		Yoga mats will b
	e arranged in a horseshoe or circular pattern around the teacher so nobody
	 is behind you.\n\n		The venue will be comfortably heated\, we suggest to
	 bring a bottle of water to the class. \n	\n\n	\n		The class will include
	 a short Video that tells Doria’s story and will help you settle in to s
	tart on your own Body Acceptance journey\, breath work and asanas for all 
	levels. After the class - Doria will be available for questions and to sig
