	, hopefully\, seeing you at our first Live Online Foundation Course  t
	hat has not taken place in a very long time!  We start on Saturday 1 Oct
	ober and run for 4 weeks.\n\n\n\n	I'm including the full details of th
	e dates and times below at the end of this email\,  in addition to infor
	mation about how the online courses work &amp\; what you will need in 
	case you need a reminder\, or you are new to the online courses.  So do t
	ake a look and just drop me a line if you'd like to book.  And if you 
	have any questions having read the information below\, please don't hesita
	te to ask.\n\n\n\n	An opportunity to immerse yourself more fully into the 
	practice we cover on the Foundation Course.  If you would like to revisit
	\, refresh\, go deeper into or simply luxuriate in the foundational practi
	ce of the Dynamic Yoga Method then this workshop is for you.\n\n\n	It is a
	lso a great opportunity for those new to yoga who are unable to attend the
	 Foundation Courses in London\, and is advisable to anyone who hasn't done
	 the Foundation Course.\n\n\n	Suitable for those new to yoga and also more
	 experienced practitioners.\n\n\n\n	Annette is a renowned teacher and her 
	classes are taught in the Dynamic Yoga Method. This practice comes from a 
	point of non-duality\, embracing the whole\, both spiritual and the sensua
	l. It is based on sensitivity\, honesty and openness to what is actually h
	appening\, respecting and responding to the body's innate intelligence.\n\
	n\n\n	How do the Live Online Courses work?\n\n\n	My teaching\, as many of 
	you know is primarily given through verbal instruction so you can focus on
	 your own practice\, although as usual I will be offering demonstrations w
	hen needed.\n\n\n	The platform we will be using is Zoom.  This is very ea
	sy to use\, and you don't need a very high capacity internet connection to
	 participate. (I'll tell you how you can check if yours is ok in a moment.
	..).   \n\n\n	Once your booking is confirmed\, a few days before the cou
	rse\, you will receive an invite from me\, which will contain a private li
	nk and a password to access the 'meeting'.  If you haven't used Zoom alre
	ady\, once you click on the link there will be a prompt to download and ru
	n Zoom which will take about a minute\, you will only need to do that the 
	first time before entering the meeting.\n\n\n	The access to the class cour
	ses will be strictly limited to those who have joined and places on the co
	urse\, as usual\, will be strictly limited\, so there won't be too many pe
	ople for me to watch and guide well. \n\n\n	I will be leaving the choice 
	as to whether to be naked or not\, to each participant to decide individua
	lly.  This is the opportunity for you to practice yoga naked in a secure 
	respectful online group\, and most people will be mainly focussing on thei
	r own practice\, but I do understand that some people may feel different w
	ith it being an online class than in a physical group so that decision is 
	completely your own.\n\n\n	I as the teacher will have my screen equally di
	vided between all participants\, in 'gallery view' so I can see all partic
	ipants equally and give guidance and tips while teaching.   As attendees
	 you will be able to 'pin' my image to have my image as your full screen w
	hile you are doing the class.   \n\n\n	I will open the meeting 10/15 min
	utes before the class is due to begin\, to give time for people to arrive\
	, relax and settle\, say hello if they want\, and to make sure their mat/c
	omputer etc is in the right place\, although you are also very welcome jus
	t to relax\, lie down and meditation in preparation for the class.  I wil
	l also hang around afterwards  for around 10 minutes if any one wants to 
	chat or ask questions\, but you are equally free to just leave and get on 
	with your day.\n\nFor the class you will need\;\n\n\n\n		 A yoga mat - if
	 you're doing the practice on a hard floor I would suggest buying a fairly
	 thick one\, or two basic mats.  On a carpet a less substantial mat is fi
	ne.  You can buy them online in many places.  www.yogamatters.com has a 
	good selection - make sure it will arrive on time.\n	\n	\n		A laptop or co
	mputer with a webcam (or a separate webcam you can attach)\, and Ipad is f
	ine\, even a smartphone\, and also built in speakers\, (or speakers you ca
	n attach) \n	\n	\n		An average speed internet connection\, zoom advises t
	hat for most computers the system requirements are\; 800kbps/1.0Mbps (up/
	down) for high quality video. For gallery view and/or 720p HD video: 1.5
	Mbps/1.5Mbps (up/down) Receiving 1080p HD video requires 2.5mbps (up/down)
	 Sending 1080p HD video requires 3.0 Mbps (up/down)\n	\n	\n		You can check
	 what your own speed internet very quickly and easily at the broadband spe
	ed check at\; https://broadbandtest.which.co.uk/  if you'd like to make 
	sure before you enrol.\n	\n	\n		Enough space in your home to place your ma
	t and your laptop/camera so that your mat is at the bottom of the screen a
	nd if you stand up you can see all of you and some space above your head.\
	n	\n\n	\nFoundation Course Content\n\n	 \n\n	The Foundation course is 
	suitable for those new to yoga\, and also to more experienced practitioner
	s who want to clarify and bring added depth to their practice.  The cour
	se is also open to those who have already done the Foundation Course. 
	 Many people feel that they prefer to repeat the course before they feel
	 ready to progress to a level 2 course\, and return to it again and again
	 after having done the Level 2 practice\, to strengthen and improve their 
	practice all round.   Usually people find they discover something new eac
	h time they repeat the Foundation course.\n\n\n	We will begin each class
	 with pranayama (breath practice) which will progress throughout the cours
	e.  During the course we will establish the foundations of a good yoga pr
	actice\, progressing in terms of what we're doing physically from week to 
	week\, guided by the fundamental prinicples of yoga.  \n\n	 \nThe cost 
	for the 4 week Foundation course is £75.\n\n	 \nIt also may be possib
	le occasionally to book for 1\,2 or 3 of the classes at a rate of £29 per
	 class subject to availability.  Priority is given to those who want to a
	ttend the full course.\n\n	 \n\n	Booking is made in advance (as the cou
	rse is likely to fill up) and your place is confirmed upon payment\, whic
	h is usually made by bank transfer.   Alternate advance payment methods c
	an be discussed if a transfer is difficult for you for any reason.\n\n	 \
	n\n	In case of cancellation full course cost may be refunded less £10 u
	p until 2 days before the course is due to commence\, after this date no 
	refund or transfer is available.   \n\n\n	In case of absence\, audio rec
	ording of the specific class will be provided if advance notice is given.\
