	 by the lovely Leanne Simpson. You will need to bring your own mat\, a tow
	el and something to drink all other items for the class are supplied. The 
	classes take place at Calm Waters Therapy which is above Cooplands on Mid
	dle St\, Consett DH8 5QJ. You can check out Leanne's website here calmwate
