A return to our 7th naturist yoga class in Consett taught by the lovely Leanne Simpson. You will need to bring your own mat, a towel and something to drink all other items for the class are supplied. The classes take place at Calm Waters Therapy which is above Cooplands on Middle St, Consett DH8 5QJ.
