DESCRIPTION:\n	We're having a one-off workshop next Tuesday 6th Octob
	er\, and if you have some experience of the yoga method I teach\, you will
	 be very welcome to join. The workshop will gradually progress through a 
	series of nourishing and energising standing postures that form part of
	 Vinyasa Nixisya. The workshop costs £29.  I'm including more detail
	s about the workshop below.   This Vinyasa Nixisya workshop\, requires q
	uite a bit more experience of the yoga method I teach\, so if you doubt 
	whether it will be suitable for you\, just ask and I'll be happy to advise
	 you.  If you would like to book for the Vinyasa Nixitsya  Workshop

	orkshop exploring a progressive series of varied standing postures.  T
	ime will be spent to prepare the body for the Nixisya standing postures\
	, through a sensitive xandra/surya-namaska practice\, and there will also 
	be time at the end for inversion and savasana.   This workshop is most
	 suitable for people who have attended both the Foundation and Level 2 Cou
	rses with me and feel comfortable with those practices\,  if this is not
	 the case\, just send an email to ask and we can work out if the workshop 
	will be suitable for youPractical Details\; Booking is made in advance (a
	s the workshops are likely to fill up) and your place is confirmed upon p
	ayment\, which is usually made by bank transfer.   Alternate advance pay
	ment methods can be discussed if a transfer is difficult for you for any r
	eason. In case of cancellation full course cost may be refunded less £5 
	for Individual workshop bookingup until 2 days before the workshop or seri
	es is due to commence\, after this date no refund nor transfer is availabl
	e.   In case absence\, an audio recording of the specific class may be p
	rovided if advance notice is given\, which would include the complete audi
	o sound track for you to do the class in your own time\, this will be avai
	lable for you to do for at least 1 month after the workshop takes place.
