DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Houghton Lodge Gardens is a glorious privately-owned p
	roperty about 2.5 miles from Stockbridge in Hampshire.  The gardens have
	 a wide variety of habitats including a traditional walled garden\, with
	 herb patches\, fruit trees and flowers\, a beautifully manicured lawn lea
	ding from the house down to the stunning river Test\, a field containing a
	lpacas (and now also sheep) and all available (but not the house) to BN me
	mbers and other naturists throughout the evening.  There is also a small
	 greenhouse of orchids and there is often art for sale on the orangery wa
	lls.  \n\n\n\n	Of course\, there are also the tea rooms\, which remain o
	pen throughout our evening.\n\n\n\n	The gardens will remain open to the n
	on-naturist public until 5pm and once the last of the day visitors have l
	eft then the site re-opens for naturists. This year the site will re-open 
	for us at 5.30 p.m.\n\n\n\n	The gardens have asked that those attending re
	main dressed until they are inside the venue - a designated area will be m
	ade available for you to leave your clothes during the visit\n\n\n\n	Entry
	 will cost £7.50 per person\, payable direct on arrival. You cannot book 
	for this event via BN Events\n\n\n\n	To ensure that the event is ‘CV19 S
	ecure’ the gardens will NOT be accepting cash payments. ONLY CONTACTLESS
	 PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED\n\n\n\n	The owner is always very welcoming and 
	the teas\, coffees and (especially!) the cakes are a particular highligh
	t of the evening.\n\n\n\n	It is definitely worth the visit if you live in
	 the local area or want to include the gardens as part of a longer day tri
	p. If you are coming from further afield there are some holiday lets on s
	ite which can be rented for the night. These can be arranged directly wi
	th the owner via applerooms@houghtonlodge.co.uk. - subject of course to t
	he latest CV19 restrictions of course!\n\n\n\n	BN members and other natur
	ists have been visiting this site every year since 2016 and have always 
	been blessed with glorious weather. Let’s keep our fingers crossed for a
