	is miles and miles of lovely sand. It is also not built up. The beach is d

	 the unpopulated west end of the beach and everything should be a lot quie
	ter now that the children are back at school.\n\n\n\n	Meet 11 a.m. in Car 
	Park A. We plan to take the BN flag with us. Or you can walk down from the
	 main car park where there are two all-day cafes for breakfast.\n\n\n\n	Ca
