	SUNDAY of every month.\n\n\n\n	Please note the new\, earlier time: 3:45 (r
	egistration) for 4:00 - 5:00 swim.\n\n\n\n	It's a no-frills pool\, ie no s
	auna\, steam room or spa\, and is restricted to adults 18+ \, but you are 
	sure of a warm welcome and an invitation to join us at a local hostelry fo
	r post-swim refreshment. \n\n\n\n	Numbers are limited due to the size of
	 the pool\, though there isn't usually a problem.  We do ask\, though\, t
	hat you contact Andy sometime during the week leading up to the swim so we
