	ect.waltz\n\n\n	Carry on walking North\, upstream\, on the Teesdale Way on
	 the left hand side of the river for about 20 minutes until you reach a sm
	all brook. cross the stepping stones over the brook. There is a rocky beac
	h by the main river. You have now reached the first possible site but it's
	 not the best one IMO\, although if someone has problems walking further w

	e better site\, don't stop here but cross over the stile and into a field.
	 Follow the Teesdale Way which means climbing a grass bank way from the ri
	ver\, up the field and turn right to go past the farm and holiday cottage.
	 Walk between the metal fence and the cottage past then past the farm shed
	.\n\n	When past the shed\, keep right and follow the Teesdale Way which is
	 not marked very well. Keep to the fence on the right and through the gate
	.\n\n	After another 20 minutes from the first spot\, you reach a spot in t
	he river where water tumbles over a shallow waterfall and there are flat r
	ocks to sit on next to the river. Alternatively walk a little further then
	 walk under / through the trees to get to the riverbank where the river is
	 deeper. The Teesdale Way is a public footpath. You will need to take your
	 own decisions about whether it is safe for you to walk this distance\, sw
	im or paddle\, and what to wear.\n
