	ht exercises.\n\n\n\n	Team games and partner work will be incorporated\, a
	s well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit 
	all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encoura
	ging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging a
	nd achievable\, full body workout.\n\n\n\n	Please bring a sweat towel and
	 a bottle of water. Mats are provided.\n\n\n\n	This is an outdoor Nude-erc
	ise venue\, with indoor provision if there is rain.\n\n\n\n	Please pre-reg
	ister via email if possible : nude.ercise@gmail.com\n\n\n\n	Photographic 
	ID will be required.\n\n\n\n	Non-members entrance fee required for this ve
	nue\, although the session itself costs only £5 - less than other venues
	! \n\n\n\n	You will have the opportunity to relax for a time in this beau
	tiful club before and after the session\, if you wish.\n\n\n\n	All partici
	pants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to participat
	ion. Paperwork can be sent in advance to save time on the day.\n\n\n\n	All
