DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Circuits style exercise class\, using mainly body weig
	ht exercises.\n\n\n\n	Team games and partner work will be incorporated\, a
	s well as own individual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit 
	all levels of fitness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encoura
	ging interaction within the class as well as delivering a challenging a
	nd achievable\, full body workout.\n\n\n\n	Please bring a sweat towel and
	 a bottle of water. Mats are provided.\n\n\n\n	This is a clothing optional
	 activity. Feel free to wear as much (or as little) as you wish.\n\n\n\n	T
	his is an outdoor-only Nude-ercise venue. If it rains\, you will get wet! 
	I aim to embrace the British summertime in all its varied forms!\n\n\n\n	P

	Photographic ID will be required.\n\n\n\n	Additional entrance fee required
	 for this venue. You will have the opportunity to relax for a time in this
	 beautiful club after the session\, if you wish.\n\n\n\n	All participants
