DESCRIPTION:\n\n	BN and Eastbourne Naturist Swim Club are pleased to ann
	ounce a weekend of clothes-optional activities.\n\n\n\n	Saturday August 11
th\, 6-8pm\n\n\n\n	The Towner Gallery in central Eastbourne has agreed to
open its doors and play host to a clothes-optional gallery visit. The Town
er is an award-winning contemporary art gallery and museum. The state of
the art gallery boasts over 1\,000 square metres of display space – t
he largest in South East England. It presents major exhibitions of UK and
international contemporary art – and also has a renowned collection
of art from across the ages. The new building opened in 2009 and include
s shop\, café and activity spaces and was designed to be accessible to
people with special access needs. Broadcaster David Dimbleby is the cha
ir of the gallery's board of trustees. Buy your tickets now!\n\n\n\n	A pr
eview of the art exhibited in the gallery can be found in the link below.\

	n images - with credits.docx?dl=0\n\n\n\n	Sunday August 12th\n\n\n\n	Beach
day at Norman’s Bay. This beach at the western end of Bexhill is a quie
t\, but easily accessible beach being 100 yards from the level crossing at
Herbrand Walk\, Cooden along the beach at TQ690058 (OS Landranger map 199
). It has been used as a Naturist beach for more than 30 years. Cooden sta
tion on the Brighton-Hastings line has a regular service. The beach is abo
ut a mile from the station. Car parking near the beach can be a problem. T
he beach is pebbles at the top\, with shingle and sand at low tide. At ver
y low tide there is a large expanse of sand\, too flat to allow swimming.
Because of the flat countryside it can get rather windy so best to bring w
ind-breaks. There are no dunes.\n\n\n\n	By the way this is not the place t
hat the Normans invaded in 1066 – it was underwater at the time!\n\n\n\n
Queries to naturistswim@gmx.com\n\n\n\n	Also in the planning….a Naturi
st walk on Friday morning and a lunchtime picnic on Saturday.\n\n\n\n	East
bourne Naturist Swim Club\n\n\n\n	…was founded 38 years ago and has swum
each season at the Motcombe Swimming Baths in Old Town\, Eastbourne. Geof
f Tagliaferro is still the chairman after all these years. Last year he co
mmissioned an internet presence for the club and we have attracted many vi
sitors as a result\, so the club is healthy and thriving. We organised two
beach days last year and started nude yoga nearly a year ago. In April we
had our first clothes optional lunch. We join our Naturist friends Stark
Trekkers for monthly walks and attend BN events such as the High Beeches v
isit. Otherwise we can be found relaxing at Birling Gap\, Normans Bay or F
	airlight Cove improving our tans.\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	 \n\n
