	 on Sunday 31st March 2019\n\n\n\n	Scottish Outdoor Club is currently in d
	iscussions with the Arlington Baths Club to make this a monthly over 18s 
	swim.\n\n\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	Glasgow Continental offers mixed naturist use of 
	a 21m pool\, Turkish suite\, steam room\, saunas and relaxation areas in a
	 friendly\, welcoming environment.\n\n\n\n	When &amp\; where?\n\n	Sundays 
	6pm to 9.30pm.  If in doubt\, phone before travelling.\nArlington Baths C

	k: Arlington Street off Woodlands Road is located in the Woodlands area of
	 Glasgow\, between St George's Cross\, Charing Cross and The University of
	 Glasgow.\nSubway: The baths are a short walk from St George's Cross subw
	ay station. The Subway closes at 6.10pm on Sundays.\nCycle: The nearest Ne
	xtbike stations are at St George's Cross and University of Glasgow (East).
	\nBus: First Group 4/4A\, 6/6A.\n\n	4/4A - alight in Woodlands Rd and walk
	 along Arlington St.\n\n	6/6A -alight at St George's Cross and cut through
	 Melrose St - Queen's Cres - Ashley St - Arlington St.\nCar: There is mete
	red parking adjacent to the baths. A new charge schedule was introduced in
	 September 2018: 20p per 15 minutes up to one hour\, then 40p per 15mins t
	o a maximum of 3 hours. You can also use a RingGo app to pay for parkin
	g. Alternatively\, free parking on Sundays in Woodlands Rd\, Park Ave &am
	p\; Park Drive which are a five minute walk away.\n\n\n\n	View Openstreetm
	ap here.\n\n\n\n	How much does it cost?\n\n	The entry price is £10 for ad
	ults over 25 years old\, £7 for 18-25 and students over 18 (evidence of s
	tatus required). Towel hire is included. Glasgow Continental is free to A
	rlington Baths Club members.\n\n	The lockers take 20p &amp\; £1 coins.\n\
	n\n\n	Who can attend?\n\n	Holders of the Glasgow Continental Card &amp\; 
	members of The Scottish Outdoor Club (SOC).\n\n\n\n	Members of Arlington B
	aths Club can attend free.\n\n\n\n	Visitors\, guests and newcomers to the 
	swim are welcome. If you do not hold one of the cards above\, you must bri
	ng photo ID and proof of address eg passport &amp\; utility bill\; the EU 
	photo-driving licence covers both.\n\n\n\n	After your first time\, you wil
	l need to apply for a Glasgow Continental card for return visits (see bel
	ow). This also applies to members of BN. The swim card is valid for the y
	ear April to March inclusive. Renewals due by April.\n\n\n\n	On your first
	 visit\, the Arlington Baths Club will ask you to complete a health declar
	ation which will be retained by them.\n\n\n\n	Do I need to be naked?\n\n	T
	here is an expectation that you will be nude when swimming. You can wear a
	 towel in the other facilities\, but again most people don’t.\n\n\n\n	Wi
	ll there be other women there?\n\n	Yes! Many women attend the swim\, eithe
	r on their own or with friends or family. Just come along - you will recei
	ve a warm welcome. \n\n\n\n	What is the etiquette?\n\n	Shower before ente
	ring the pool and after using the hot rooms / sauna.\n\n	Towels are provid
	ed for drying and sitting/lying on.\n\n	To preserve others' privacy\, phon
	es and photography are not allowed.\n\n	Tea\, coffee\, hot chocolate &amp\
	; biscuits\, Sunday newspapers and information about naturist events and h
	olidays are available in the upstairs lounge (complimentary\, but donatio
	ns always welcome.) Members meet there for a blether and to catch up on t
	he latest news.\n\n	The building is locked at 9.30pm\, so please aim to l
	eave by 9.15pm.\n\n\n\n	I like Glasgow Continental\, how can I start comin
	g regularly?\n\n	Next time you come\, bring your ID and one passport-style
	 photograph 15 minutes before the swim starts and you can apply for the Gl
	asgow Continental Card. The card runs April to March and costs £5 per yea
	r for adults over 25\, £2 for 18-25\, and full-time students over 18 (pro
	of of age/student status required).\nFT students &amp\; U26 may gain entry
	 to the swim for £7 each time for the first two months of their membershi
	p.\n\n	 \n\n\n\n	What other facilities are available?\n\n	Clothed use of
