DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Circuits style exercise class\, held outdoors at Haslem
	ere Sun Club\, using mainly body weight exercises.\n\n\n\n	 \n	\n		\n			
	Team games and partner work will be incorporated\, as well as own individu
	al 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness 
	and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction wit
	hin the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable\, full b
	ody workout.\n		\n\n		\n			Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of wate
	r. Mats are provided.\n		\n\n		\n			This is a nudist activity\, although w
	omen may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.\n		\n\n		\n			£10 per 
	person for non-club members. You may arrive from 12.00 to enjoy the facili
	ties (heated swimming pool\, grounds etc) and stay for as long as you wish
	.\n		\n\n		\n			£5 per person for sun club members.\n		\n\n		\n			Attenda
