			The tide is right for a skinny dip at Monknash near Llantwit Major on th
	e Vale of Glamorgan Heritage Coast\n	\n\n\n\n	\n		 We will meet at the ca
	r park (Grid ref SS 91272 70036) at 11am and walk down through the Cwm\, a
	cross the pebble beach and on to the big sandy stretch known as Traeth Maw
	r. The 40 minute walk is unsuitable for those with mobility problems since
	 there are three stiles and the steep path can be uneven and slippery at t
