DESCRIPTION:\n\n	A special one-off event - Nude-ercise is coming to Nott
	ingham!\n\n\n\n	Following the success of the sessions I have been running 
	in the South East since January\, I am excited to be holding an event in N
	ottingham!\n\n\n\n	What to expect:\n\n\n\n	Circuits style exercise class\,
	 using mainly body weight exercises..\n\n\n\n	\n		Team games and partner 
	work will be incorporated\, as well as own individual 'best effort'. Sess
	ions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun and var
	ied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as well a
	s delivering a challenging and achievable\, full body workout.\n	\n\n	\n	
		Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.\n	\n
	\n	\n		This is a nudist activity\, although women may choose to wear a spo
	rts bra for comfort.\n	\n\n	\n		£8 per person\n	\n\n	\n		Attendance is by
	 pre-registration only\, as spaces are limited.\n\n		Attendees must pre-re
