	s well as delivering a challenging and achievable\, full body workout.\n	
		\n\n		\n			Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are pro
	vided.\n		\n\n		\n			After the session you have the opportunity to attend 
	the naturist swim at the Bordon pool. (Additional\, separate charges appl
	y. The two events are run completely separately.)\n		\n\n		\n			This is a 
	nudist activity\, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfo
	rt.\n		\n\n		\n			£8 per person\n		\n\n		\n			Attendance is by pre-regist
