	l as delivering a challenging and achievable\, full body workout.\n	\n\n	
	\n		Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.\n
		\n\n	\n		This is a nudist activity\, although women may choose to wear a 
	sports bra for comfort.\n	\n\n	\n		£8 per person\n	\n\n	\n		Attendance is
	 by pre-registration only\, as spaces are limited.\n\n		Attendees must pre
