DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Nude-ercise exercise class.\n\n\n\n	Circuits style exer
	cise class\, using mainly body weight exercises.\n\n\n\n	Team games and p
	artner work will be incorporated\, as well as own individual 'best effort
	'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun 
	and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as
	 well as delivering a challenging and achievable\, full body workout.\n\n
	\n\n	Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.\
	n\n\n\n	After the session you have the opportunity to attend the naturist 
	swim at the Bordon pool. (Additional\, separate charges apply. The two eve
	nts are run completely separately.)\n\n\n\n	This is a nudist activity\, al
	though women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.\n\n\n\n	£8 per 
	person\n\n\n\n	Attendance is by pre-registration only\, as spaces are limi
	ted.\n\n	Attendees must pre-register via email to gain admittance: nude.er
	cise@gmail.com\n\n\n\n	Photographic ID will be required.\n\n\n\n	All parti
	cipants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire prior to particip
