DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Nude-ercise exercise class. (at Bordon Garrison)\n\n\n
	\n	Circuits style exercise class\, using mainly body weight exercises.\n\
	n\n\n	Team games and partner work will be incorporated\, as well as own in
	dividual 'best effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fi
	tness and will be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interacti
	on within the class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable\,
	 full body workout.\n\n\n\n	Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of wat
	er. Mats are provided.\n\n\n\n	After the session you have the opportunity 
	to attend the onsite naturist swim at the Garrison Pool. (Additional\, sep
	arate charges apply. The two events are run completely separately.)\n\n\n\
	n	This is a nudist activity\, although women may choose to wear a sports b
	ra for comfort.\n\n\n\n	£8 per person\n\n\n\n	Attendance is by pre-regist
	ration only\, as spaces are limited.\n\n	Attendees must pre-register via e

	l be required.\n\n\n\n	All participants will complete a health and fitness
