DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Nude-ercise exercise class.\n\n\n\n	Circuits style exer
	cise class\, using mainly body weight exercises.\n\n\n\n	Team games and p
	artner work will be incorporated\, as well as own individual 'best effort
	'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and will be fun 
	and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within the class as
	 well as delivering a challenging and achievable\, full body workout.\n\n
	\n\n	Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are provided.\
	n\n\n\n	After the session you have the opportunity to attend the naturist 
	swim at the nearby Oaklands pool. (Additional\, separate charges apply. Th
	e two events are run separately.)\n\n\n\n	This is a nudist activity\, alt
	hough women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.\n\n\n\n	£8 per p
	erson\n\n\n\n	Attendance is by pre-registration only\, as spaces are limit
	ed.\n\n	Attendees must pre-register via email to gain admittance: nude.erc
