DESCRIPTION:\n\n	Nude-ercise exercise class.\n\n\n\n	Classes at the foll
	owing times:\n\n\n\n	11.00 - 12.00\n\n\n\n	12.15 - 13.15\n\n\n\n	Circuits 
	style exercise class\, using mainly body weight exercises.\n\n\n\n	Team g
	ames and partner work will be incorporated\, as well as own individual 'b
	est effort'. Sessions will be adapted to suit all levels of fitness and wi
	ll be fun and varied. The focus is on encouraging interaction within th
	e class as well as delivering a challenging and achievable\, full body wo
	rkout.\n\n\n\n	Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water. Mats are 
	provided.\n\n\n\n	After your session you have the opportunity to attend t
	he Naturist London swim at the nearby UCL pool. (Additional\, separate cha
	rges apply. The two events are run separately.)\n\n\n\n	This is a nudist 
	activity\, although women may choose to wear a sports bra for comfort.\n\n
	\n\n	£15 per person\n\n\n\n	Attendance is by pre-registration only\, as 
	spaces are limited.\n\n	Attendees must pre-register via email to gain admi

	n\n\n	All participants will complete a health and fitness questionnaire pr
