   We look forward to welcoming you to our Spring regional meeting which will be held at Springwood Sun Club, home turf for our new Regional Organiser Nigel Newman. The club will be serving us a buffet lunch at a cost of £10 per person and afterwards you can explore this wonderful club. Please advise if you have any dietary requirements. 
   If you plan to attend, please email Cath on easternsecretary@bn.org.uk or message CathBromley on the forum by 7th April so that we can give the club numbers for lunch.

   The Northampton Sun Group was formed 42 years ago in 1982.
   We have access to Two Swimming Pools, use of a Sauna, a Steam-Room, a Plunge Pool and Turkish Hot Rooms. The Doors are open at 17:00 till 18:00 for entry.
   Membership and Visiting is open to all, male or female, singles or couples, all are equally welcome. If you have not been along to a meeting before you can just turn up on the night. Please bring along Photo ID and Proof of Address on your first visit. Or if you are a BN Member please bring along your Current BN Membership card.
   There is no requirement to contact us in advance of your visit, however, if you do have any queries you can get in contact via the website or email us.
   Currently the Entry Fee is £10 each. It is FREE for U18s, but they MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 
   There is plenty of Parking in the Victoria Street Car Park, opposite The Mounts. N.B. It is only FREE for the first 2 hours, so if attending a full swim you will need to pay £2.20 before leaving the car park! It’s about a 1 minute walk from the car park to The Mounts. The Postcode for the Car Park is – NN1 3NR.
   There is also Free Disabled Parking in front of The Mounts. A Blue Disabled Badge will need to be exhibited in your windscreen. There is also a ramp into the building for Wheelchair Access.
   Free Tea, Coffee and Biscuits (Donations Welcome) will be available during the evening in the Meeting Room. Please bring your own mug or cup to help us cut down on paper cup usage. You are also welcome to bring your own snack or drink if you wish. That’s all!

   Just off junction 24 A12, in Feering near Colchester, Essex. Easily accessible and parking available.
