Naturist Evening Walks Dorset plus - The one with the naked swim (apologies to "Friends" fans)
Come and join us for this 3-mile leisurely evening naked countryside walk with a plus. The + activity you might enjoy after this walk is a naturist swim in the warm waters of a nearby school's pool, courtesy of www.nakedswim.co.uk just 10 mins drive from the walk's start point.
The walk itself has a different route and a different start point to the 6th May walk. It takes us over the open heathland of a National Nature Reserve on footpaths and gravel tracks. The terrain is flat with one short incline.
This event is one of three NEWDplus (Naturist Evening Walks Dorset +) walks planned for May and early June, all listed in the BN Events Calendar. British Naturism members and others interested in naked walking are welcome. When booking, please state your BN membership number or other interest, and provide your email address and mobile phone number.
For further information or to book onto this and/or other walks in the NEWDplus series, please email peter.simpson@bn.org.uk Details of the meeting point and other information will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

This event began 09/01/25 and repeats every week on Thursday until 18/12/25
We’re a friendly, welcoming, diverse, and male only naturist swim that’s on every Thursday just outside Manchester city centre.
Started as event hosted by gay men for gay men, we now accept all men, regardless of sexuality or difference.
If you’re over 18 and can swim, you’re welcome to join us.
Arcadia Library & Leisure Centre, Yew Tree Avenue, Manchester, M19 3PH.
Arrival Time:
6:45pm – 7:15pm
Swim Time:
7:00pm – 8:30pm
Admission is £5, paid contactless only.
Once inside Arcadia, walk straight past reception (which is on the left), until you get to the blue wall with the white lettering MANCHESTER ALIVE WITH SPORT. That’s where the group will meet you, introduce themselves, and take payment. Don’t pay at reception. Bring a £1 coin or trolley token for a locker.
For all the information you’ll need to know about the swim, please refer to the FAQ page on our website.
Occasionally, the swim is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. When this happens, we’ll announce it at the top of our website homepage as soon as we know ourselves. Please do check before travelling to the swim.
Our swim is for all men to skinny dip and socialise in a safe space. It’s not there for any type of inappropriate behaviour, and such behaviour will not be tolerated.

Spend a weekend walking on the wild side in the remote highlands at Loch Ossian staying in the Hostel or in one of the rooms in the Signal Box B&B or Camp in the Hostel grounds by the side of Loch Ossian. Naturism is the norm at the hostel and if weather allows up in the hills.
The three Signal Box B&B rooms for our weekend in 2025 are available.🙂 There is a full range of accommodation options, from luxury to basic:
Double B&B rooms (x3) Hostel bunk (x20) Hostel camping (x5) Wild camping (x5) You are reminded that this a event is very much in the wilderness, so suited more to those who are fit and used to wild hill walking. Access is not possible by road and is by train to Corrour Station and 1.8km walk to the hostel or by walking in over tracks.
The only meal included is the Sunday evening farewell meal at the Station House. You have to be self sufficient and carry your food and cook it in the hostel or walk up to the Station House restaurant for meals. If you require more information contact Alan Ellison on alan.ellison@bn.org.uk
@AlanE60 and the Events team have finalized the costs, tickets are available here or slightly more info here.
