Come and join us for a Naturist Swim at Cumbria's only all year round Naturist Swimming facility.
Please bring photo I.D. and proof of address for your first visit.
All genuine Naturists are welcome!

Monthly naturist swim organised by the Three Rivers Outdoor Club (TROC).
A gym is also available; please bring appropriate footwear and a towel for hygiene reasons.
Please arrive at 5:50pm.
Swim 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
Tea and coffee available until 7:50pm.
Lockers take 25p (not returned).
Members £5; non-members £8.
