Morecambe Bay Naturists - Silverglades - Open Day for visitors: Sat 11th June 2022
NOTE THE CHANGE OF DATE
Morecambe Bay Naturist Club hosts an annual Open Day at Silverglades in the summer. If you have not been to Silverglades before, there is no day fee for the first 24 hours of your visit, if you’d like to stay longer (either camping or returning the next day) you’ll only pay for the subsequent day(s)
If you wish to attend, just contact the club by email enquiries@mbnc.org.uk Alternatively you can call or text 07467 246690
We don’t publish the exact location, but Silverglades is ten minutes walk from Silverdale station on the Lancaster, Barrow, Carlisle line so is ideally situated for naturists without transport who live within striking distance of the Leeds – Morecambe or West coast lines (some journeys require a change at Lancaster)
When you contact us, we will give you full directions to our gate where we will meet you.
Our facilities are few, just a small clubhouse, barbecue and picnic tables (so, no electrical hookups or piped water/waste). What we do have however is 10 acres of woodlands and glades with an abundance of nature
For those who wish to stay more than a day, there are clearings suitable for either camping under canvas or for small-medium sized caravans or campers. (Due sharp bend in our access track, we can not accommodate large caravans or campers).
Perfect for a few days peace and quiet in tranquil and beautiful surroundings. The night sky, when clear, is amazing as we have little light pollution here.
