Following Four years of successful GBSD events at the fantastic Shap Lido - we are repeating the events again on a twice monthly basis from June 2nd to September 1st. All 7 events are hosted by the Venue,
These GBSD events are held on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of each month. 6-7.30 pm - everyone welcome.
Ticket sales are now on sale here, The price is £10 pp.
The last Swim in 2026 is Tuesday 1st September 6-7.30pm.

This event begins 26/05/26 and repeats every week on Tuesday for 14 occurrences
Swim outdoors in water heated to 29C, every Tuesday evening, 7pm - 8pm at Dorset's only Lido. Barton Hill, Shaftesbury, SP7 8DQ.
2026 season runs from 26 May until 01 September. Cost £9 per person.

or by phone 01747 853181. Advance booking strongly advised as maximum is 30 and many sessions were fully booked in 2025.
After the swim, free tea, coffee and biscuits are provided and the chance to natter with fellow swimmers. Donations for the refreshments are welcome as Friends of Shaftesbury Swimming are fundraising to train three local young people as lifeguards.

Bristol Naked Swim meets every Tuesday at Jubilee Pool, Jubilee Road, Knowle, Bristol BS4 2LP from 8pm to 9pm.
Everyone is welcome to swim and chat!!
The cost is £10 (£9 for members of Bristol Naked Swim) per person, payable in cash.
We do appreciate that the first visit to a naturist swimming or sauna session can be a bit daunting for some. Therefore, to make it easier for those that feel this way to try naked swimming, for the first two visits, it is "Costume's Optional". That's swimming costumes or bikini's optional.
