Yorkshire Sun Society
Founded in 1932, YSS occupies 26 Acres of secluded natural woodland on the northeast border of Kingston Upon Hull - the UK’s city of culture in 2017.
The club is owned and run by it’s members, and the grounds are held in trust by them for the practice of naturism. The facilities include a spacious club house with a licensed bar, large kitchen and dining area, TV lounge and library, and an adjoining pool/sauna suite with a heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
The grounds are open all year for members, and visitors are very welcome between 1 March and 31 October. Most members have a permanent rented site within the grounds, and visitors can hire a club static caravan or bring their own camping accommodation, whether it be a tent, caravan or motorhome. Applications for membership are always welcome, subject only to the terms of our constitution.
Our location makes us ideal for exploring Yorkshire and Lincolnshire and the many tourist attractions therein. Being only 7 Miles from Hull Ferry Terminal we are a very convenient stopping point for continental trips. And yes, we do allow dogs, tattoos and piercings!
